This fun, flirty, long hairstyle is perfect for any occasion. It can be worn for a night with the girls, a first date, or even something a little more casual. This layered look frames the face and will get compliments from everyone. These feminine, loose curls are perfect for spring and will bring the attention of many. To achieve this sensual, sultry look created by Marcus Doss, you will only need a curling iron or wand, a few hair clips or pony tail holders and finishing spray. If your hair is not the desired length, try adding hair extensions at the bottom (this can also be used to give a fuller look). To achieve this look, start by brushing out your hair and/or hair extensions. Next, section your hair into 3 sections and hold it with either the clips or ponytail holders. The sections should be horizontal. Next take the bottom section and grab half of the hair (The bigger chunks of hair that you grab, the more loose your curls will be). Brush out the section of hair then curl it, holding it for at least 30 seconds. To create a longer lasting curl, after removing the curling iron, try gathering the hair in a coil until the hair cools then release. Repeat these steps for the rest of the sections. When you get to the side bangs, make a center part and curl the hair towards the side to create the wings. After all the hair is curled, gently run your fingers through the hair to loosen the curls a bit. Fix any curls that are unruly until you get the desired look. After the look is achieved, use finishing spray to add shine. Try a minimum hold spray so that these beautiful loose curls remain touchable. To achieve this look or other black hairstyles, feel free to contact Marcus Doss at the Marcus Doss Salon in Fayetteville, NC.
