Bio
1989 graduate of The United Academy of Beauty School, Phoenix, Az. (owned and operated by Charlesetta Lee, nationally recognized stylist/instructor). I have worked in the Metropolitan Phoenix area and in Atlanta, Ga., as a Master Cosmetologist.
I have owned two salons. My first salon was a full service salon that serviced all types of hair and skin care. It included two nail tech stations and two tanning booth stations. I have continued my education over the years by attending local and out of state advanced training classes, and numerous trade shows. I completed `natural hair styling and braiding ` classes conducted by Kemmit Kinks in Atlanta, Ga. I have been trained and certified in Mizani and Avalon hair care product usage. I have also been trained in fusion weaving by Mr. Torran. In 2005, I attended Advanced Training at Dudley University for Makeup Artistry and Hair Extension and Weaves.
I have a very loyal clientele of which some have been with me for over ten years. I feel that I must continue to be the best that I can be, because my clients deserve only the best. I always promote healthy hair care to all of my clients before we discuss styles and options. Of all the hair care skills I possess, I enjoy hair weaving the most because it allows me to create a variety of styles and looks for my clients. |
