I have a question.I have recently deployed to afghanistan.I put micros in my hair.When I took them out after 3 months.I permed my hair. I started to see Alot of damage like major breakage to the roots.My hair is very short in certain places.I have a sgt.over here that had a father that was a hairdresser for 25 years.He told me to use oil and started to do some kind of treatment on my hair.He told me to use only hot water to cleanse my scalp and oil it everyday to massage it when I do it.Am I doing something wrong.What tips could you give me is there something extra I could do also?It also has become very thin also.

I ordered Dr.Miracles products to help the process.I ordered also a hair xare line called Ovations.But i figured that i needed to get my scalp healthy first.Or maybe do I need to start all over line cutting my hair to give it fresh new start.Or could i save my remaing hair.That's why I sent this e-mail to get some good advice.Could you give a honest answer?
